Dorje Shugden Retreat

Focus on the mantra of Dorje Shugden to clear obstacles, purify negative karma, gather resources and generate merits to fulfil your spiritual aspirations and worldly goals. Conducted once a year in July.

Tsem Rinpoche Mantra Retreat

Gain tremendous merits and receive the guru’s blessings for spiritual realisations. You’ll also strengthen your connection with Rinpoche’s incarnation line and create the causes for Rinpoche’s swift return. Conducted once a year in October.

Tsongkhapa Retreat

Buddhist Fundamentals

An easy beginner’s course introducing fundamental Buddhist principles, meditation and practices. Through discussion and practical exercises, you’ll acquire the basic methods to create change in your life, and make every day a meaningful one.

Practice Weekend: Prostration

Complete the prostration preliminary practice within two years, through a combination of group + individual practice, with guidance + support from our pastors and encouragement from fellow retreatants. Conducted once every 3 months.
