Expand your spiritual horizons

Amitayus Retreat

If you are above 50, prone to sickness, or you are sick, or you have a family history of life-threatening illnesses, it is very beneficial to engage in Amitayus practice and occasional consistent retreats. Amitayus practice has innumerable benefits.
Tsem Rinpoche

Focus on the mantra of Amitayus to stabilise health, prolong life and achieve favourable rebirths. As the Buddha of Infinite Life, Amitayus expedites healing from sickness and disease, and creates the causes not to have dangerous diseases. He can also heal emotional scars and clear inner obstacles from this and previous lives.

You’ll also be blessed with wisdom, compassion, merits — and ultimately the inner transformation of harmful attachments and desires into positive, healing energy that supports spiritual growth.

Conducted once a year in June.
