H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche has students all over Malaysia and overseas, who avidly follow his teachings and Kechara activities from afar. To create the causes for Kechara centres to be set up out of Kuala Lumpur, Kechara House Study groups have been set up in Johor, Ipoh, Malacca, Singapore and London.
These study groups meet regularly to discuss Dharma and introduce new spiritual seekers to the Dharma under the Kechara banner.

Where study groups have acquired a premise or centre, a committee is set up to organize regular Dharma classes, pujas and other activities so that they will eventual grow to become branch centres of Kechara House.
