Celebrating Wesak for five days in May were Kechara in conjunction with Sunway Pyramid. Between 13 and 17 May 2011, the spirit of Wesak Day was brought to even more people as most of Kechara’s 13 departments were there to spread the Dharma and the spirit of giving.

The event attracted many curious shoppers who were very interested in many of the activities organised by the departments. The event also served as an opportunity for the public to do charity as Kechara Soup Kitchen, Kechara Animal Sanctuary and Kechara Earth Project were present to offer a chance to shoppers to give back to the society.
