The 2nd Tsongkhapa play rehearsal was held at a dance studio at Paramount Gardens last Sunday, 27 September 2009. The part of the play rehearsed was when Buddha Shakyamuni was giving a Dharma talk and many types of beings were attracted to come and listen. At the end of the talk, a young boy named Sumarti Kirti offered a crystal rosary to Lord Buddha who gave his prediction that the boy would later be born in the Land of the Snows (Tibet) with the responsibility of reviving the weakening Buddhadharma.

The session started with a briefing of the storyline of the scene by director of the play, Mr. Woon Fook Sen. The rehearsal started with some dance steps for warming up before the scene proper was rehearsed. Chia Song Peng, Dr Hank, Paul Yap, Howie Loh and Bradley Wong from Kechara participated in the rehearsal together with Jessie Lee and two professional dancers from the dance studio.
