What is the right path?

Is Buddhism the right choice for me? Why are there so many “types” of Buddhism out there? Where should I start my spiritual journey? Many people have the impression that Buddhists only chant and meditate most of the time, which they are not inclined to.

As a matter of fact, Buddhism is much more than just chanting and reciting texts – it takes a very straightforward look at our pain, happiness, sadness and frustration. The teachings of Buddha actually show us the way to get rid of sufferings in life, and fill our life with happiness and harmony.
