To send our beloved mother gifts she needs, food she likes or flowers that will please her is not something you should not do, but remembering our mother’s kindness will be a much better way of appreciating our dear mother who has been there for us when we needed someone the most, throughout our lives…

• 9.30am – 10.30am : Remembering the kindness of our mothers Let’s celebrate this day remembering the kindness of our mothers as well as all the people who have touched our lives.
• 10.45am – 12.30pm : I’ve taken refuge… What’s next? An important follow up talk and sharing session on what to do next after we have taken refuge.
