Exciting news…have you been seeing the beautiful Tara, the gleaming SONY laptops and the iPad in the corner of KH2? Wondering what that’s all about? Well, wonder no more. It’s all for YOU!

How do you get it? Well, it’s simple. As of 1 September 2010, the Liaisons Council have launched a three-month Incentive Program for Full Time Kechara Staff. Guess what, you get to evaluate each other!

Why are we doing this?

The purpose of this program is to create an attitude of self-achievement and increase self-confidence among our full-time staff. In winning the prizes and doing more to win, you will achieve for yourselves a higher benchmark of your own potential. This will create a team of higher quality staff for Kechara.

Inspire each other to achieve and gain confidence. This is a fun and empowering program to reward yourselves.

What can I win?

That’s right, I! Because anyone can win, because YOU can win! There are six prizes up for grabs – three Sony laptops, one 3-feet Tara statue, one 32” LCD TV and one highly-coveted iPad!

So how does it work?

There will be three winners every three months. The winners will be chosen from the highest scorers from the departments. Assessment will be done at the end of each week, by departmental staff on a peer-to-peer basis, using an evaluation form. This evaluation form will be based on straightforward assessment of your peers’ levels of:

  • Friendliness / politeness
  • Caring for others
  • Honesty / integrity
  • Grooming
  • Overall Work Attitude
  • Initiative
  • Responsibility / Ownership
  • Sales / Performance
  • Rinpoche’s background and Organisational knowledge quiz

The total score of the evaluation form and quiz will be the final score of each staff member.

The one who has the top score will get the first choice of the prizes. The runner-up will get to pick their prize next, and so on. Should there be a tie, Heads of Departments (HODs) or Liaisons will discuss and present their opinions.
