Upcoming Setrap Practice Programme at Kechara Forest Retreat

13 November 2013 - 7:50pm Comments Off

Following the hugely successful Tsongkhapa Practice Programme held last month, Kechara will be conducting a 2 day and 1 night Setrap Practice Programme at the Kechara Forest Retreat on the 22nd and 23rd November 2013. This programme is aimed for those who would like to learn and experience how to engage in Dharma Protector Setrap’s practice within the haven that is Kechara Forest Retreat.

As a Dharma Protector, Setrap’s practice is extremely beneficial in clearing obstacles in our lives, be it work, family or financially related, with the aim of easing the troubles of daily life in order for us to be able to spend more time practicing the Dharma and ultimately transforming our minds.

This 2 day 1 night programme includes an introduction to Lord Setrap, an explanation of the prayer text and offerings, the actual practice of Setrap and walking meditation. It includes an overnight stay at Dukkar Apartments, our guest accommodation in Kechara Forest Retreat and include vegetarian meals throughout the programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to retreat within the beautiful embrace of nature, away from hectic city lifestyles and recharge through the powerfully effective practice of Dharma Protector Setrap.

A nominal registration charge applies for the 2 day programme: RM250 for Kechara members and RM300 for non-members.
