Feeling bored with your daily routine? Looking for ways to relieve your tired mind? Come and join our Lama Tsongkhapa Sadhana Practice!

Kechara will be organising a 3 days 2 nights Lama Tsongkhapa Sadhana Practice from 28 to 30 November 2014. During this programme, we will be focusing on the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa.

The Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa is a short, profound and concise practice. It is very deep and has vast, innumerable benefits, which includes stability and protection from outer, inner and secret obstacles.

In today’s society, people are often seen to suffer from mental illnesses such as depression due to overemphasis on material enjoyment. By reciting Migtsema, we will experience calmness and this mantra has proven its effectiveness in pacifying minds and environment. This practice will also protect us from three types of obstacles: outer, inner and secret. The outer obstacles refers to harm from humans, non-humans, elemental forces such as flood and fire, bad weather and accidents. Inner obstacles are sickness or delusions including negative thoughts and depression. Secret obstacles are grasping onto dualistic appearance – seeing things and holding onto their apparent dualistic nature: good and bad; white and black; pleasant and unpleasant.
