We are heading towards death from the day we were born. Yet, we do not know what is waiting for us at the other end of life. What do we fear more – losing everything we have enjoyed or the end of our days?

Is there a definite boundary between life and death? Is death the end of a human life? What role does DEATH play in our life? We welcome all to the talk on “The Importance of Death in Life” with Pastor Lanse Chiah.

About the Speaker

Pastor Lanse Chiah graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Jinan University, China. Before joining Kechara, she was a lecturer at a local traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) college. Convinced by H.E. the 25th Tsem Rinpoche’s vision and method of delivering Dharma to the world, she decided to join Kechara as a translator and Chinese editor. As Kechara’s senior translator and Chinese editor. In 2012, Dr. Lanse also received the pastorship vows, thus becoming a Buddhist pastor. She is passionate to share Dharma with whoever interested to know more about Buddhism.
