Kechara Chinese New Year Blessing

17 January 2012 - 7:32pm Comments Off

Spring Festival is just around the corner! Celebrate it with a dash of blessings by attending Kechara’s last puja in the Year of the Rabbit!

Kechara has planned a special puja for you and your family to usher in the Year of the Dragon with good fortune and happiness. Chinese New Year is all about giving – we love giving ang pows and hampers to our loved ones. This year, give your family something extra, the gift of prayer for good health, happiness and peace by inviting them over to Kechara’s special CNY puja after feasting on a hearty meal in the traditional reunion dinner!

Guru Yoga is a practice that contains the most essential teachings of the Buddha by making offerings to our Spiritual Guide and the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma and Sangha). Through this puja, we invoke the lineage masters all the way back to Buddha Shakyamuni to bless us with happiness, clarity of mind and most importantly, a life free of obstacles. Join us at the Kechara gompa and start the New Year by collecting a vast amount of merit to keep our faith and life stable.
