TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contest runs from 1st March 2010 to 30th June 2010
2. All contest forms must be completed with Name, Address, Phone number and Email. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified
3. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Kechara reserves the right to substitute prizes equivalent in value without prior notice.
4. Prize winners below 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or legal guardian)
5. Kechara reserves the right to use the winners' names and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without warning or compensation.
6. This contest is open to non-Muslims only. Limited to only one entry per person, per month.
7. Three winners will be selected at random every month from a pool of entries with all-correct answers.
8. The organiser's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. Winners will be notified via email or phone by Kechara
10. Contest entries can be made via the official drop-box at the Kechara outlets or online at www.kechara.com/making-a-difference-contest
11. The organisers will not be held responsible for any service disruptions when making an online entry
12. Monthly prize winners shall collect their prize at the Kechara Paradise outlet of their choice.
13. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14. By participating in this contest, contestants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Condtions stipulated herein and will abide by all decisions made by Kechara.

6. 此竞赛仅开放予非回教徒。每人每个月只限参 赛一次。
7. 我们每个月将从答对所有问题的参赛表格中随机选出3位得奖者。
8. 主办当局的决定是最后的决定，任何异议将不 受理。
9. 克切拉将透过电邮或电话通知得奖者。
10. 参赛表格可投入克切拉天堂的官方投件箱或透 过www.kechara.com/making-a-difference- contest 进行网上参赛。
11. 主办当局不对进行网上参赛的任何网络服务干扰 负起任何责任。
12. 每月赢奖者必须到克切拉天堂领取他们的奖品。 英文版与中文版的条件与条款方面，一旦发生 任何抵触、歧义或不一致性，一切将以英文版 为准。
