Prior to joining Kechara, I was in the pharmaceutical sales line for more than seven years. It was a thrilling period and I enjoyed the experience of making rapport with professionals in the medical field and understanding health and medicine which is part of healing someone who is suffering.

When I joined Kechara full time in 2015, it was a totally different environment, culture, and even different “customer” portfolio. But what made me confident to come to Dharma full time was the kindness and compassion of my Guru, H.E the 25th Tsem Rinpoche who had guided me when I was volunteering in Kechara back in 2011. Through Rinpoche’s teachings and dharma talks, and my volunteer work in Kechara House and Puja House, I understood that Dharma is a powerful medicine and an antidote for human illness and suffering.
