A family (a) day keeps kids growing healthy and wise

21 July 2010 - 11:14pm 2 Comments

The Manjushri Kids’ Class (MKC) once again invites you for some fun activities designed to promote some quality family time. At the next monthly animal liberation session, MKC will be hosting a picnic in the great outdoors, as well as exciting tele-matches with plenty of prizes to be won!

MKC family events are aimed at building teamwork and fostering closer relationships amongst the class’ children, their parents and the teachers. It will be a great avenue for children to learn to share, work together and develop leadership skills.

Food and soft drink will be provided free to all members of Kechara House and their immediate family members. There is a suggested donation of RM10 per person for non-Kechara members…so why not become a member, and make this the first of many exciting benefits you can enjoy?

Manjushri Kids’ Class is Kechara House’s education initiative to promote Dharma and the attitudes of compassion, wisdom and universal responsibility amongst our children. Taught by enthusiastic volunteers, the class aims to give children a head start in their practice of the Six Paramitas, by teaching them generosity, ethics, patience, joyous effort, concentration and wisdom.
