Vajrasattva’s practice is common to all schools of Tibetan Buddhism and is one of the most powerful purification practices. Doing his 100-syllable mantra purifies our bad karma and cuts to the root of the vicious cycle of getting and causing pain.

Through his practice, gross and subtle negative imprints can be purified from our mind stream, thus breaking the chains of negativities. Doing 100,000 long Vajrasattva mantras is one of the preliminary practices required for all Tibetan Buddhist practitioners prior to receiving higher tantric initiation.

Mantra: OM BENZA SATTO HUNG
