Green Tara is the most common form of the popular female Buddha, Tara. Though Enlightened, she works through samsaric conventions to help us overcome our sufferings and made a vow to always return as a female Bodhisattva.

She is radiant with the attainment of all the six perfections of giving, ethics, patience, effort, meditative, stabilisation and wisdom. Through her practice, she is renowned for her swiftness and readiness to help us in our time of need as a mother would for a child.
