The arrival of Liaison Chuah Su Ming, Kennie Wong and David Lai in Nepal saw the arrival of a brand new set of Kechara Media and Publications (KMP) books to Kathmandu!

At Pilgrim’s Bookstore in Thamel, Su Ming, David and Kennie launched another exciting Kechara marketing effort, setting up a striking display in Pilgrims’ main window.

With some chiffon fabric as a base, framed Gurus for Hire covers and piles of books, this is only just the beginning – our Kechara elves in Kathmandu plan to return to Pilgrim’s soon, to make the display even more attention-grabbing than it already is!

Pilgrim’s Bookstore have been supplied with the new Gurus for Hire, Chinese-language If Not Now When?, and more Faces of Enlightenment books. To encourage people to take these books home with them, Pilgrim’s have also consented to run an enticing promotion – a little framed sign announces that with any purchase of the above mentioned titles, customers can choose between a free book (Power of Buddha Images and Stupas) or a free DVD (Dharma Starts At Home, Do I Suffer From AE? or Snakes, Roosters and Pigs)!

Gurus for Hire - unmissable

KMP’s free distribution Gurus for Hire books have also been made available, to complement Kechara’s marketing and promotional efforts in Nepal.

That’s all for now. Over and out from Nepal…
