Chinese New Year is more than a time for families to find an excuse for reunion dinner after dinner…it is actually a time for the bonds between the parents and children of different generations to grow stronger, to weather all the good and bad of the coming years.
Spend a little creative bonding time with your children this Chinese New Year, and create some merits in the process. Come and support our Manjushri Kids’ Class mantra performance at the Grand Setrap and Dzambala Puja. There will even be the chance for your kids to engage in a little healthy competition to win some fabulous prizes to help encourage their Dharma practice.

Manjushri Kids’ Class is Kechara House’s education initiative to promote Dharma and the attitudes of compassion, wisdom and universal responsibility amongst our children. Taught by enthusiastic volunteers, the class aims to give children a head start in their practice of the Six Paramitas, by teaching them generosity, ethics, patience, joyous effort, concentration and wisdom.
