A Dharma Talk by Pastor Niral Patel

Often misunderstood, the Four Noble Truths are the foundation of the Buddhist teachings, providing understanding of both Buddhist wisdom and practices. Taught by the historical Buddha Shakyamuni they provide a simple yet complete framework to create a profound change within one’s life for the better.

In this talk Pastor Niral will explain what the Four Noble Truths are and how they are relevant in one’s spiritual path. From this simple yet powerful understanding, one can incorporate them into daily life, which leads to transformation in the way we interact with the world. This change leads to a kinder, compassionate and wiser outlook for life.

Integrating this essential Buddhist framework empowers you to take control of your situation and leads to becoming a better person.
