Why should you Adopt a Book? Whenever someone reads a Dharma text, not only does the reader experience the benefits, but the sponsors also create merit. Thus in adopting a book, not only will you be helping Kechara Media & Publications (KMP) to translate, preserve and publish Lama Tsongkhapa’s teachings, but you will also establish a relationship with sacred texts and teachings.

Weekly Opportunities to Volunteer

KMP opens our doors to all volunteers every Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Between 7pm and 12am, volunteers are invited to join in transcribing and get first-hand experience of being in a publishing house! During volunteer sessions, you will have the chance to assist in transcribing, proofreading, editing, working on online marketing campaigns and even writing…if you’re up for it!

You don’t need to have any prior experience but it would be a great help if you could bring your own laptop and earphones (for transcribing).
