A Pre-Paranormal Night

Not too long ago, a group of young and dynamic people with a thing for paranormal experiences had their first pre-camp gathering. The intention of the night was to gather like minded people to create a program that would personally interest them to attract more people for a bigger paranormal gathering in the near future.

A total of 13 people attended the Paranormal Pre Camp gathering organized by Tsem Rinpoche’s Paranormal Zone, to discuss in depth the methodology and philosophies of paranormal activities. It was a unanimous discussion that the future gathering, entitled Paranormal Screening, would be non-religious and instead of promoting the usual spooky content, the team decided that there’s a whole other side of the paranormal world that has yet to be tapped into.

By definition, Paranormal denotes events or phenomena such as telekinesis or clairvoyance that are beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding. Besides ghosts/spirits, paranormal activities also covers urban legends, myths, psychometry, UFOs, astrology, healing, anti-gravity, superstitions, miracles, time travel, mind control, prophecy etc. Because such observations do not easily fit into how many view our reality, these instances can be (and usually are) the subject of controversy.

Of course it was decided to not take part in any activity that could bring harm, psychologically or physically to the participants, or to provoke any beings that we couldn’t see so as to prove their existence. But merely an intellectual discussion to increase our general understanding of life, so as to bring ourselves closer to spirituality.

Since we are all equals, the camp emphasized the importance of having compassion for other beings in this universe.  If you feel that you have something to share with us, do let us know by emailing chelletan89@gmail.com.

There are many others out there who have probably shared a similar experience and are eager to listen and discover the possibilities.

Till then, look out for the actual Paranormal Camp next time round!
